This website is operated by Vibe Rantz Designs LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vibe Rantz Designs LLC.

Vibe Rantz Designs LLC offers this website, including its information, products, services, and tools, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.

By visiting VibeRantz.us, placing an order, submitting customization materials, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Custom and Personalized Item Return Policy, product descriptions, and other policies displayed on the website are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other content intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website, Shopify, or another system.

A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the website and cancellation of affected orders, subject to applicable law.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, pricing errors, unavailable materials, intellectual-property concerns, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion unless otherwise permitted by law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the website or its content without prior written permission from Vibe Rantz Designs LLC.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, photographs, colors, prices, and availability accurately.

Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, printing processes, available materials, photography, and the handmade or made-to-order nature of certain products.

Product images may include digital mockups. Minor differences between a mockup and the finished physical product are not necessarily defects.

We may update, modify, or discontinue products and prices without notice. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted purchase unless required by law or agreed to with the customer.

Products and materials may be available in limited quantities. We do not guarantee that every product or design will remain available.

5. Orders and Account Information

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business, legal, inventory, payment, production, or fraud-prevention reasons.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information. You are responsible for updating your information promptly if it changes.

We may contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order when information, approval, or clarification is needed.

Orders may be limited or cancelled when they appear to have been placed by resellers, distributors, automated systems, or parties attempting to misuse promotions or payment systems.

6. Custom and Personalized Orders

How Custom Orders Work

Custom pieces are created from the information, photographs, and instructions you provide. When you place a custom order, you reserve time in our independent studio for personalized design and production. You are not purchasing a mass-produced product.

Required Information and Materials

Custom products may require:

• One clear, vertically oriented portrait photograph

• Three additional memory photographs

• The name or custom text exactly as it should appear

• The requested issue date, when applicable

• Any additional instructions, preferences, or requests

All required materials must be submitted through the customization fields on the product page when the order is placed.

Incomplete submissions may delay the order. The production timeline does not begin until all required materials have been received.

Photo Guidelines

For the best finished result:

• Submit clear, well-lit photographs.

• Use a vertically oriented image for the main portrait.

• Submit the highest-resolution original image available.

• Photographs of at least 1 MB are recommended whenever possible.

• Avoid tightly cropped faces and important details.

• Avoid screenshots, heavily filtered images, blurry photographs, and low-resolution files.

We may crop, resize, reposition, color-correct, or lightly adjust submitted photographs to fit the selected design.

We cannot guarantee that low-resolution, dark, blurry, heavily filtered, or incorrectly cropped photographs will reproduce clearly.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, text, photographs, product selections, and instructions before placing an order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted spelling, dates, photographs, or instructions when the finished product accurately reflects those materials.

By submitting photographs or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission and lawful authority to use them for the requested product.

You may submit a photograph containing a minor only when you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate permission and lawful authority.

You grant Vibe Rantz Designs LLC limited permission to use, crop, edit, reproduce, and process submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, revise, and support your order.

Customer photographs will not be used for advertising, social media, portfolio displays, or promotional purposes without separate permission.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise violates another person’s rights.

We may refuse custom content that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

Proofs and Revisions

A digital proof is not automatically included unless the product listing or order agreement specifically states that a proof will be provided.

When a proof is provided, one round of reasonable revisions is included. Revision requests must be submitted within five calendar days after the proof is sent.

One revision round means one consolidated request containing all desired corrections. Additional revisions, replacement photographs, or changes to the original instructions may require an additional fee and may extend the production timeline. We will obtain your approval before charging an additional fee.

Production may begin when the proof is approved or when the five-calendar-day proof-review period expires without a response.

When no proof is provided, please report any error caused by Vibe Rantz Designs LLC within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If a finished product does not match the correctly submitted information because of our error, we will provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or other remedy consistent with our Return Policy and applicable law.

Changes of preference, replacement photographs, incorrect size selections, or corrections to information originally submitted by the customer are not production errors.

Custom Production Time

Custom orders generally require three to five business days for design and production unless another timeline is displayed on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Production begins after:

• Payment has been successfully processed

• All required photographs and customization details have been received

• Any required proof has been approved, or its five-calendar-day review period has expired

Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or announced studio closures.

Incomplete information, delayed responses, revisions, complex customization, supply interruptions, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend production.

Production time does not include carrier transit time.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Because production may begin before the 24-hour period ends, submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled.

Once production has started, custom, personalized, and print-on-demand orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights involving unshipped orders that cannot be completed within the promised timeframe.

8. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, discount, or availability errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you for approval of the corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected order.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Discount codes and promotions may have separate conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, and usage limits. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Shipping estimates, available methods, tracking, separate shipments, studio closures, address corrections, carrier delays, and missing-package procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy:

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a particular shipping service expressly includes a delivery guarantee.

Orders containing products made by Vibe Rantz Designs LLC and products made by a production partner may arrive in separate packages and have separate tracking numbers.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and, when required, allow you to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Custom, personalized, and print-on-demand items are made specifically for an order and are generally final sale when the product accurately reflects the submitted order information.

We do not normally accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer-submitted error, replacement photograph, or change in personal preference.

This final-sale rule does not apply when an item arrives damaged, contains a production defect, is materially different from the order or approved proof, is the wrong item, or when a return, replacement, or refund is otherwise required by law.

Damaged, defective, and incorrect-item claims may require an order number, description, clear photographs, packaging photographs, or other reasonable documentation.

Do not return an item without contacting us and receiving instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

11. Production Partners and Third-Party Services

Certain apparel, print-on-demand products, payment services, shipping services, analytics, file-upload functions, and other store features may be provided by Shopify or independent service providers.

Products made by different production partners may have different fulfillment times, packaging, shipping carriers, and tracking information.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not automatically constitute endorsement.

12. Reviews, Comments, and Feedback

If you submit a product review, public comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other material intended for public display, you grant Vibe Rantz Designs LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that material for store, customer-service, and promotional purposes.

This public-content license does not apply to private custom-order photographs or personalization materials. Those materials remain subject to the limited-use provisions in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree that public submissions will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content.

We may monitor, edit, decline, or remove public content that we reasonably determine violates these Terms or applicable law.

We are not obligated to maintain unsolicited business ideas in confidence, compensate anyone for unsolicited ideas, or implement submitted suggestions.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, original artwork, graphics, characters, product designs, photographs, written content, logos, branding, and other materials displayed on VibeRantz.us are owned by or lawfully licensed to Vibe Rantz Designs LLC.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, sell, license, scrape, or commercially use our protected materials without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, production rights, digital-file rights, or commercial-use rights unless a written license expressly states otherwise.

Customers retain ownership of their original photographs and other materials submitted for custom orders.

14. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, protection, and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy:

Information submitted through the website is also processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, its content, or our products:

• For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose

• To violate applicable laws or regulations

• To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights

• To submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful information

• To upload malware or destructive code

• To collect or track another person’s personal information without permission

• To interfere with website security or functionality

• To scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest website content through unauthorized automated means

• To reproduce another person’s photograph, artwork, logo, character, or protected content without authorization

• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority

• To bypass security, purchasing, or access restrictions

We may suspend access, refuse content, or cancel affected orders when we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated, subject to applicable law.

16. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other information.

We may correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary. If a material correction affects an order already placed, we will communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate option consistent with applicable law.

17. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

This section does not eliminate obligations relating to products that are damaged, defective, misrepresented, unsafe, or materially different from what was ordered. It also does not exclude any warranty, consumer protection, right, or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Rantz Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where legally permitted, our total liability for a claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to every customer.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vibe Rantz Designs LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Materials you submit without the necessary ownership, permission, or authority

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website or products

• Your material violation of these Terms

• Your violation of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights

This obligation does not apply to claims caused by the negligence, willful misconduct, or legal violation of Vibe Rantz Designs LLC.

20. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe a user has materially violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, liability provisions, or other terms that by their nature should survive.

Orders accepted before termination remain subject to the policies and terms applicable to those orders unless cancelled or refunded.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and transactions with Vibe Rantz Designs LLC are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Any legal proceeding may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Washington State unless applicable consumer law provides another required or permitted forum.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer’s nonwaivable rights under the laws of their state, country, or jurisdiction.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Orders are generally governed by the Terms and policies in effect when the order was placed.

23. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or separated from the remaining Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, product descriptions, and other policies displayed on the website, constitute the agreement between you and Vibe Rantz Designs LLC regarding your use of the website and purchases from the store.

If a product listing contains terms that are more specific to that product, those product-specific terms will control for that product to the extent they do not conflict with applicable law.
